Big news: Two people have been arrested while planting a bomb in Ebonyi main town According to reports, two people have been arrested in Ebonyi state while planting a bomb at Idembia Bridge in Ezza South Local Government Area of the state. Governor David Umahi disclosed this in a special speech on the security situation for the people of the state on Friday, February 15. He said the arrest followed expert reports that some members of a political party were planning to plant a bomb on the bridge and other places in the state. He said some residents of the village near the bridge connecting Ezza South and Ohaozara local government arrested the two men. The governor also stated that a candidate for the National Assembly of a political party, a few days ago went to another place in the state to buy bombs but the workers there refused to respond to his demands and informed the state government. In a separate incident, we heard that at least 66 people were killed in some neighborhoods near Maro Gida village in Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State in an attack last night. Among those who were killed were 22 children and 12 women while the security forces saved the lives of four people who were injured and are still receiving treatment at the hospital. Ruga Bahago, Ruga Daku, Ruga Ori, Ruga Haruna, Ruga Yukka Abubakar, Ruga Duni Kadiri, Ruga Shewuka and Ruga Shuaibu Yau.
